IMPORTANT: The Flossophy Night Guard is designed as a "spacer" to comfortably position itself between your upper and lower teeth. It DOES NOT HAVE A CLIPPING MECHANISM. This design choice ensures there is no undesirable pressure, rubbing, or discomfort on your teeth and gums.

FIT

Place night guard to sit on your lower or upper teeth.

ADJUSTING

Option 1. While one size fits all, if you desire a tighter fit, you can achieve it by swirling the guard in hot tap water for approximately 30-40 seconds. Afterward, place it in your mouth for an additional 30 seconds.

Option 2. The Flossophy night guard can be customized for enhanced comfort. If the design at the front doesn't feel comfortable against the inner lip area, you can easily modify it by using a sharp pair of scissors to trim the "M" peak to make it shorter (see video in images).

CLEANING

Following each wear, clean your Flossophy night guard using toothpaste or luke warm water. Avoid rinsing it in hot water, as this may modify its shape. Regularly inspect your dental guard for signs of wear on a monthly basis. The lifespan of your dental guard is influenced by the frequency and intensity of your teeth grinding.
