How Flossophy Night Guard Works
IMPORTANT: The Flossophy Night Guard is designed as a "spacer" to comfortably position itself between your upper and lower teeth. It DOES NOT HAVE A CLIPPING MECHANISM. This design choice ensures there is no undesirable pressure, rubbing, or discomfort on your teeth and gums.

FIT

Place night guard to sit on your lower or upper teeth.

ADJUSTING
​
One size fits all, however, if you want it to be more snug, swish the guard around in hot TAP WATER for about 20-30 seconds and place immediately in the mouth for a further 20-30 seconds.

CLEANING
​
Following each wear, clean your Flossophy night guard using toothpaste or mouthwash. Avoid rinsing it in hot water, as this may modify its shape. Regularly inspect your dental guard for signs of wear on a monthly basis. The lifespan of your dental guard is influenced by the frequency and intensity of your teeth grinding.
